The Sunderland site is protected by a 100 metre exclusion zone designated by the Milford Haven Port Authority and is ‘stewarded’ by the Celtic Divers group which has been a key player in the partnership of interested parties which is moving this project steadily forward. No-one is allowed to dive, fish or moor craft within that 100 metre zone.
